General gameplay:
-
Airsoft is an inherently competitive sport. The admin will give detailed instructions on one of our over half a dozen game modes we have at the field, but the basic premise is simple: if you get shot, you die. Gun hits do not count, but anywhere on the body - or accessories on the body - count as a hit. Backpack, shoes, hat, and mask hits all count. No exceptions.
-
Trading, which involves players hitting each other will result in a mutual death. Both players will return to their designated spawn area and revive.
-
We do not enforce a verbal surrender rule in this field. If you attempt to go behind someone and demand their surrender, they are not obligated to return to spawn, and may return fire. Keep it simple and shoot them in the vest if you wish to be polite.
-
Most game modes will indicate the start and end of the round with the sound of the whistle.
-
Arm bands will be given to each team, and we require each player to return them back AFTER EACH ROUND.
Melee Weapons
-
Close engagement, please do not throw them.
-
Rubber or foam knives are allowed only. No fixed blades
Grenades and Uses
-
Pyro and sound grenades are not allowed. This includes EG67’s, Bang .22’s, Thunderbees, and similar devices. If you have questions about a particular grenade type, please ask one of our employees.
Prohibited Actions
-
Blind Fire
-
Aiming your gun around corners or over walls outside of your view is prohibited.
-
-
Shooting Holes
-
Firing through holes smaller than fist size is a no go.
-
-
NO FULL AUTO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
-
Do not Fire weapons within designated safe zones, and this specifically includes dry firing. We have cameras, and this is an offense that will result in instant expulsion from the field.
-
DO NOT GO INTO RESTRICTED AREAS, this includes the tech bench and behind the counter.
Blind Man
-
When eye-pro is removed in a non-safety zone, cease fire and recover eye pro immediately. Scream “Blind Man,” so our admin can end the game safely.
Fair Gameplay
-
Call your hits. If you are caught not calling your hits:
-
First offense - Sit out rest of game
-
Second Offense - Booted for the day
-
Third Offense - Perma-ban from the field.
-
Never take a punishment for cheating into your own hands. If you suspect someone of cheating or not calling hits, inform an admin immediately and they will carry out the aforementioned actions.
-
No Climbing
-
These structures are not intended for heavy load. Do not climb on structures.
-
Do not jump on any object, especially the tires or barrels. You will hurt yourself.
No Shooting at Passing Vehicles
-
This includes on and off field.
-
Surrounding dirt roads and driveways belong to neighboring civilians who would appreciate not having property damaged. Firing an air gun in public is a misdemeanor offense in the state of Texas, and striking someone is assault. You will get arrested and fined, so please prevent that headache.
Types of guns and engagement distances:
-
All Airsoft weapons are PBR, and must shoot at 1.2 joules MAX. This equates to around 360 fps with 0.20g bbs.
